Shallow test of the workflow : generate the dag figure.

- Less ressources reservation
Added a run to create a workflow graph.

New script creating both usage figures and final stats table.
Updated Snakefile accrodingly

Parsing the reference fasta instead of using data dependent checkpoints. This allow for the dag to be fully visible
